As the sun lowers and the sky softens, we come together for connection — cacao, sound, reflection, laughter, or stillness.

Sea to Soul is an intimate, elevated coastal wellness retreat for those who carry a lot ~ leaders, creators, caregivers, and quiet warriors who are ready to feel light again.

For seven days by the Chilean sea, we slow down, breathe deeper, move with intention, and eat beautifully. Through yoga, somatic breathwork, clean coastal meals, and nature, we remember what wholeness feels like.

But this isn’t just a retreat to escape life — it’s where you learn how to live differently when you return home.

You’ll experience and take home tools from our four foundational pillars:

• Mindful Living — mindset skills, nervous system regulation, presence, emotional clarity

• Clean Eating — Ayurvedic-inspired meals by Andrea’s Kitchen, juices, nourishment as medicine

  • Day 5 — Body Energy & Fire Circle

Yoga by the elements — SUP on the sea or Anuttara Hatha to Raja Yoga on land, chosen by weather and flow.

Evening fire circle for reflection or simply warmth and presence — sharing always remains optional

  • Day 6 — Natural Living & Integration

DIY wellness creations — oils, herbal remedies, natural body care

I help people remember what peace, alignment, balance, and joy feel like in their bodies.

For over 15 years, I’ve lived in two worlds — the structured world of real estate, contracts, and organization, and the healing world of touch, breath, ceremony, and energy work. Eventually, I realized they are not separate. We can be grounded and spiritual. Professional and deeply human.

As a licensed massage and somatic therapist, yoga and breathwork guide, and retreat facilitator, I’ve supported and hosted transformational spaces — always with the intention that people feel held, not managed.

Born in Colombia and raised between cultures, I carry the spiritual name Andhra Jyothi — “The Light of the South.” It reminds me that healing is not something we chase — it is something we return to.

This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Founder of Viento Sur Expediciones and La Carpa Bike & Climbing, Nicole has guided expeditions across Chile, Bolivia, Nepal, Italy, and New Zealand. She is certified in WAFA, avalanche rescue, and mountain/river safety — and teaches university-level outdoor leadership.

But beyond her titles, Nicole offers something quieter and wiser — the art of walking with the mountains, not conquering them.
